Leonce Cadet Berotte Scholarship

The Leonce Cadet Berotte Scholarship was established in honor of Leonce Cadet Berotte, father of Dr. Carole Berotte Joseph, President of MassBay Community College 2005-2011. A $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually to one student who is a deserving international/immigrant dream chaser of Haitian or Caribbean origin attending MassBay Community College. This scholarship is offered for the Fall semester only.

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA
-Completed a minimum of 12 credits at MassBay
-Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
-Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits in the fall semester
-Of Haitian or Caribbean origin

AWARD: $1000
A $1000 scholarship is awarded for the fall semester. The awardee must maintain a GPA of 2.75 for the fall semester in order to qualify for a second semester of support.
